Captain Vladica Zdravković, MSc
Current rank in the Merchant Navy: Captain.
He has a Merchant Navy license to work with radar, radio stations, and passenger transport.
He started working in “Ivan Milutinović” company, where he worked as a sailor, trainee lieutenant, and diver from 1985 to 1989. From 1989 to 1991, he worked under contract as a launch commander in the Yugoslav Navy. He has been permanently employed in the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia since 1992, where he worked as a diver, patrol leader, boat driver, sector leader, and coach-professor. He also worked at the Police Station for river safety.
In the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, he obtained the following certificates: Coach, Trainer for police officers operating motorboats, Communication skills, conflict management, E-learning on the “Moodle” platform, CAFAO for drug recognition and laboratory testing, vessel and face examination. During his work in the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, he was a swimming, diving, and boating trainer, and he is still involved in these activities. He was a trainer for driving official boats for specific sailing conditions and performing official tasks, including regular police (border units and river crews) and special anti-terrorist units. He organized several seminars and conducted courses for police officers operating official boats.
He was engaged in scouts, diving, and shooting in his free time. He has fond memories of the “Brodograditelj” Kayak Club.
He graduated from the School of Shipping in Belgrade and acquired the title of Maritime Nautical Technician. He then received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Business Studies in Banja Luka.
He lives and works in Belgrade.
