Use the Contact page for any questions or concerns. The complaint can also be sent to the address NAUTICALEDU, Rudnička 2, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. With the complaint, the buyer is obliged to state the reason for dissatisfaction and the proposed dismissal. Your request will be filed and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
In case of refund, for payments made through the "Banca Intesa" system, the partner company Exentrim is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro card system, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder used for the payment.
